Ordering

How long does production take?
Most orders are made and shipped within 1-3 business days. During busy periods (holidays, new drops), it may take a little longer, we'll keep you posted.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Since most items are made to order, reach out as soon as possible at realmomsclub89@gmail.com and we'll do our best to catch it before production starts. Once an order is in production, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

Shipping

What are your shipping rates?
Standard shipping is $6.99, and free on orders of $35 or more. Express shipping is available for $15.

How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after processing, Express typically takes 2-3 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to select countries at carrier-calculated rates shown at checkout.

Products

Are your tumblers and mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes! Our drinkware is designed to be dishwasher safe and works great for both hot and cold drinks.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery at realmomsclub89@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, we'll send a replacement or refund, no hassle.

Returns

Can I return a custom or personalized item?
Because many of our products are made to order, we're generally unable to accept returns for change-of-mind on custom designs. This doesn't apply if your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll always make that right. See our full Refund Policy for details.
